When me and my bofriend have sex it hurts really bad... i think its becuase its so big her like 8.5-9 inches long and also real thick. When we start it hurts bad then when he speed up its worst, but we have had sex over 30 times and everytime its the same... i went to the doctors and there is nothing wrong with me... so is there anything i or he can do to prevent the pain...its not the wetness cuz i stay really wet, witch he loves because he say it wet and really tight , but on my side it hurts badly... is there like exercise to make it more open or something???

I dated a guy like that a long time ago and it hurt too. Why not just have him not put his entire penis in you during sex? He's probably irritating(sp?) your cervix or something. You could also try different positions. Maybe you'll find one that's comfortable for you.

Even if you feel you are lubricated enough, try using some store-bought lubricant. If that improves your symptoms it may be due to inadequate (not lack of) lubrication. Also, try using positions in which you control the depth and rythm of peneration. And when it hurts, ask him to stop! Don't just sit there enduring the pain.

Medically it`s called vaginismus. Mild anxiety causes it and once caused it is a vicious circle..A very small dose of anxyolytic drug like Alzolam 0.25 mg on hour before sex or 1/2 glass of wine relieves it.

Get him to take it REALLY slow, and lots of foreplay before hand, do you really feel comfortable with him? That can be an issue sometimes too, mentally. As for something like an exercise...uhh "taking things in hand"

does he know about it? what part of ur vagina hurts the most? is it the penetration or the stroke that hurts the most?
It willbe a good idea to discuss that with him
