You can't spot-burn fat. What you need to do is get regular cardio exercise (walking, running, bicycling,etc) to burn fat in general from your body - 30 min 5-7 days per week minimum.

Add to that some strength training 2-3 times per week and you will eventually get a leaner body overall - including the chest.

exercise can help to reduce total body fat but it cannot actually make spot reductions particularly on the male chest area. try doing aerobics exercises to burn body fat and then do crunches, bench presses, etc. to target the chest area. push ups may also help to chisel your chest and widen your shoulders. but if you really want to get rid of your "man boobs", cosmetic surgery is the only solution. good luck. cheers!

You mean you've grown little titties? It's getting more and more common in men. It's today's fast food and store bought foods world! You must start eating correctly - you taking in too many female hormones which have been put in ready made foods-men end up looking like women-boobs and all! I exercise regulary and you can see the effects. At one time people called me ugly - now I just screw up their lives!
