I love that movie! I keep looking for the DVD w/ the full movie on it, but I can only find edited versions. I am looking for the full movie w/ the court scene where Darrel gets custody of his brothers. My fave part is the rumble and the socs run off. *sigh* I also like the song at the beginning and end. I watch it over and over. Stay gold Ponyboy.

As I stepped out into the sunlight from the darkness of the movie house, I had two things on my mind...Paul Newman and a ride home!!!
I love that movie. I loved Tommy Howell!!

I thought it was very good but not as good as the book. I read the book a few times it was one of my favorites from my teens and I found it at the library.

Yes, i was forced to watch it and read the book in gr. 7, 8, and 9. It rocked my world. I'm gonna name my kids Sodapop and Ponyboy.

it was ok. we read the book and watched the movie in school. it wouldnt b one i would pick myself, but it was alright.
