Smurfs - Yeah, I've watched it a few times. I wanted to see Hefty kick the Smurfy-S*** out of Brainy for being a pain the Smurf-tail.
Saturday Supercade - where they took 80's arcade characters and gave them their own cartoon show (Q-Bert, Pac-Man)
Reruns of Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show - the same one my dad used to watch when HE was a kid. You call these cartoon classics, or out-dated. I call them QUALITY TIME with the old man.
Scrappy Doo . . . You can never replace the original, though.
Godzilla and Godzooki . . . Yes, it really existed.
Richie Rich - not the Macaulay Culkin movie, but the animated show with the robot maid.
The Shmoo - what the heck was The Shmoo supposed to be anyway?
Tom and Jerry Kids - again, you can't replace the original.
I can't remember the name of the cartoon, but it was Michael Jordan, Bo Jackson, and Wayne Gretzky as animated super heroes. Didn't last too long.
Then, the biggest "cartoon" of the 80's and early 90's . . . SAVED BY THE BELL!

I liked My Little Ponies and Smurfs. Rainbow Bright was alright, but my favorite was Thundercats!
Honorable mentions include: Transformers, Cabbage Patch Kids and Carebears.

I remember the carebears, smurfs, bugs bunny, and the muppet babies. And the brady bunch. (I didn't have cable at all growing up either, so I was pretty sheltered!)
