I would advise you to sit quietly and write down all the things in your head, however insignificant or absurd they seem. Then prioritise what is most important for you to deal with.
If you have big issues (relationship or finance for example) that may well hinder your day to day life and take your mind off what you should be doing - hence you feeling disorganised.
There are lots of self help books available free in a library (& keeping a detailed diary helps) or maybe you would benefit from 1-1 support, counselling etc - go see your doc for a referral. No need to feel alone on this one.

get a cellphone with an organiser..,and use it,of course..lol
dont try to do 10 things at the same time..,
write yourself a daily program to do,if needed..,
oh ye,and dont forget to fill in here and there some time to relax too..:-).

make a list of all the things you hate or dislike about your life.

hen make a list of all the things you like to do or would like to do that you don't do now.

get rid of the things in the first list and enjoy the second.
