i dont understand your question fully because of the strange fragmented sentences but my advice is to not even think about it, just buy the best thing available and start working out, you will waste more time thinking about it and researching than it is worth, just buy one and start working out

Don't buy a bowflex, home gym, or other large exercise equipment until you establish exercise as a regular part of your life. It can be very expensive. Instead go to the store and buy a Self magazine, inside there are rip-out cards with exercise directions and pictures on them that you can use as a guide. Do the suggested exercises every other day. If after eight weeks you have stuck to this routine then you might want to consider getting a Bowflex.

It is very difficult to do both naturally (think close to impossible unless you are a fulltime athlete). The vast majority of beliefs in the exercise community are flawed and very few quality studies are available. Therefore IGNORE most of the BS that is going to be told to you. Basically, you'll have to diet and exercise to lost the wait and THEN you'll have to consume large quantities of protein and strength train to gain muscle. That's it, but that's hard. OF course the only tried, true and proven YET dangerous way to do this is through the use of drugs such as anabolics, which require long study to use properly (do not consult some jock at HS on this because they won't know what they are talking about). Good luck and stay safe.
