Start with Ebay, it's not expensive to start with. Sell some stuffs in your house, then you can invest your profit to expand your business. Take baby steps.

Nothing is FREE!! on this earth and am sure u can afford stuff to sell and sure u can pay to open website and i have 2 website owns and 3rd coming soon so far i spend over £5,000 for 2 website build with Database. 3rd coming soon and bigger than my other 2 website.

well first you should stop asking questions IN CAPITALS as it dont get your answer looked at faster. secondly learn a scripting language such as PHP combined with MySQL (both free) set a web server on your pc (Apache which is free) and you have the basics to learn how to start doing it. once you have learned how to use them saftly and securly learn javascript and possibly AJAX so you can give the user better interaction.
