Do I know when I send them a message? Or my messages go through and I am thinking this person is getting them when indeed they are not

If you type the wrong/ invalid address it will come back to you saying it could not send. That is ONLY if you typed a wrong address that noone has. If you miss type an address and is taken by some stranger, they will recieve the letter. You will not know if someone has deleted you, and they will not know if you deleted them. They could be getting it and not responding. The only way to know is to ask (which they could lie).

If you have their password, you can go into their account, and find out if you are on the list or not, otherwise you will never know if you are on that list or not.
