Let me see. 12.5% + 0.5 + 1/8 + 1/4 is 1 ( 100%)
So if you have 6 squares you can't divide it into this kind of color, Except if you have 8 squares, then
the BLUE is ONE square
the YELLOW is FOUR squares
the RED is ONE square
and the GREEN is TWO squares

50.5% of the squares are coloured. 1/8 is 12.5% (2) + 0.5 + 1/4 = 50.5%. A square has six sides. You only have 4 colours. What kind of question is this ?

12.5%x + .5x + (1/8)x + (1/4)x = 6
.125x + .5x + .125x + .25x = 6
.25x + .5x + .25x = 6
.5x + .5x = 6
x = 6

12.5% * 6 = .125 * 6 = .75 is blue
.5 * 6 = 3 is yellow
(1/8) * 6 = .125 * 6 = .75 is red
(1/4) * 6 = .25 * 6 = 1.5 is green

.75 blue
3 yellow
.75 red
1.5 green

There is some error in your question.
OR
tiles may have more than one color.
12.5% = blue = 0 .75 of a tile
0.5 = Yellow = 3.00 Tiles
1/8 = Red = 0.75 of a tile
1/4 = Green = 1.50 tiles (1 full and one half)
--------------
6.00 tiles
--------------
0.75 +3.00+0.75+1.50= 6 tiles
