Under arm perspiration can be cause by stress and anxiety. There is a pill called Inderal that is generally used for a heart condition and migraines. Some performers and some physicians use it for performance anxiety. My daughter was having trouble when performing in front of crowds as a singer. She would perspire and sweat... it relieved her symptoms. A mild tranquilizer such as Ativan may help. Consult your doctor.

Your best bet is to go to the doctors it sounds like you might have a sweat gland disorder. A friend of mind has a similiar problems but it's with her hands she's been seeing a doctor for this problem. Talk to a doctor they can help you best. Good luck.
