In this email they say I won 400,000.00 dollars this suond to me like one of this internet scam please some one know somethig about it?

don't bother with e-mails like that
before you open an e-mail check it's from someone you know or a company you can trust
e.g.ebay,paypal
if an e-mail says something like free laptop or xbox360 etc. then chances are they are spam,scam's or even carry viruses,addware and spyware
be extremely careful when opening e-mails,especially ones from people who you don't know

you have just answered your own question, that's definitely a scam! don't you ever try to click on any links that it mentioned, coz it won't stop sending you spam mails too.
