You can't.

The Post Office purges forwarding lists every 18 months.

Unless you personally have some degree of records, there is little that can be done.

I'm not certain if the IRS coiuld even help on this

I would go to my mother, she hangs on to every old personal phone book with address's.

Your mother's address book. You'd be amazed at what moms keep.
