It's obvious she's not your 'best' friend. If someone acts as if she is not my friend anymore, then I move on. I know you are younger, but keep that in mind. The thing is, is will you be there if this new friend finds friends of her own? As for me, IF I have the time for her...maybe.

I had a friend that did that to me. She would hang out with me all the time, but then she went to the druggy direction and I went to the good girl type thing and it was over after that LOL.
I think you should just talk to her about it.

some people just get to cought up in wanting people to like them, i think that you should talk to your friend and tell her that you miss the real her. Dont tell her that she is acting fake cause she might get defencive but just tell her that she needs to be true to herself.

let her chill 4 a week then wait some more,in the mean time do something fun with another friend....

U can start with not calling her a best friend. If she was a true friend she wouldn't have left ur side.

maybe your seeing her for the first time and she has always been
