Drink soda as fast as you can until it hurts.
Or you can try to drink it upside down....this always works for me!
But, the soda has to be fizzy! Not flat or semi-flat!

Several things to try:
Raise your arms over your head.
Drink a glass of water without breathing.
Eat a spoonful of peanut butter.
Eat a spoonful of sugar.
Take a very deep breath and hold it for a count of ten and then let it out slowly
Try to make yourself hiccup.

Good answers from all. You might also try pushing in on your diapraghm (sp?) whle you hold your breathe. That is where the hiccups occur.

Drink a glass of water. You don't necessarily have to turn your head upside-down.
