You have to be 21 to legally drink in America.
There are clubs that do not serve alcohol where kids can go.
Typically my kids go to movies, out to eat, the mall, watch a sporting event, or go to someones house and watch TV and play cards or a board game. I have 20 kids in my basement rec room now. We have a pool table, Foosball table, XBOX, and a big screen TV. We have kids over a lot. I like them here so I know what they are doing.
