If a country is attacked, fighting back will result in more casualties for both parties. If the country does not retaliate, but utilizes its efforts to defend its citizens by providing them with security instead, think about what a much better world this would be.

Some people all ready do. Unfortunately though, most people do not have the capabilities to move beyond things like greed and possessions. There are way too many aggressors in this world. They will always try to "one up" one another until the majority of us realize and practice that which is the ultimate of human behavior. Having reached our full potential as earth-bound mortals.

its the same reason people fight each other instead of talkin it out....... its a matter of pride countries, like people feel the need to defend demselves wit force when ever der confronted, its immature but its just a fact of our society
