Well 1st you will need a pop3 enable email account..

Gmail has one for free.. Yahoo mail charge for their pop3 service..

2nd you will need to configur your phone with the pop3 settings.

After that. your good to go!

You cannot. The v265 doesn't have an e-mail service.
