Ice..Water?!?! until eventually you have a water cooling gadget , in case you be conscious water , say bye bye on your pc. shop airborne dirt and dirt unfastened with a "airborne dirt and dirt blower" , and get some element/spot followers from maximum suitable purchase. consistently floor your self with an anti static wristband earlier working in a working laptop or pc. the reason a working laptop or pc runs somewhat greater proper whilst it somewhat is cool is using the fact as a motherboard heats up , cutting-side ones will shrink skill to maintain warmth at a secure point. solid success -Joe

a cheap way? if you don't move around alot while using it, then this might work. when using it, work in front of a fan. i know someone who did that, cuz they didn't have time to have the fan replaced, and it worked 4 him. if not then do what the other people said.

put in a better heat sink (it's located under the chip fan).
A bigger chip fan will help too.
Also, your chip fan may be clogged with dust.
