To get a job in USA you need US visa. There are different type of visa, US consulate or embassy can guide you with visa requirements.
Your best deal will be to enrol in Master program.
If you do not enrol or enrol, still you need to pass exams.
There are two exams you need to pass.
1. Use of English language.
2. Knowledge of Pharmacy subject matter.
This will certify you as an apprentice.
You need to take an exam again after 4 years of work experience as apprentice.
On passing the exam you will have licence in the state.
At this time there is shortage of licenced practitioner in almost every state.
I believe some of the exams are given in India also.
