Honestly, from experience with selling cellular service....moving out of their coverage area is about the only way to do it. Even leaving in the military they will just suspend your service for free until you get back in which time you have to finish out your original contract.

call them and tell them you want to leave usually after 3 months of paid service they will let you leave if you give them advanced notice . about 30 days will do and they will wave the fee . they just say that so people will call and let them now they are leaving and not just drop them without notice .

if your under contract there is no way to avoid it. even if you say you lost or broke the phone they still want you to pay for the service til the contract is over....unfortunate but thats why they suck us into the contracts.

work out, go to the place of which you got your phone, pick the building up and drop it over and over again.

well if u are under contract you cant. you have to pay the canselation fee whcih is expensive
