there is a small wire on the battery cable,,it is a feed wire for the power supply for the accessory side of the key switch,,if it comes off or breaks you loose all power to everything,,if you car has a solenoid switch that mounts on the fender well part of the car check the connection there,,this is the point where all the power is distributed ,,if it goes out there you also loose everything,,i own a repair shop,,and have seen a few of thees cars that have done that,,in most cases i have found it to be the solenoid switch,,or the battery wire that goes to it,,i hope this helps,

uh stupid answer but check the connections at the battery? Had too many of those "temporary" battery terminals give headaches as the connection somewheres wasn't 100%

also as others have said, if I remember a lead goes off the battery to a solenoid that with other wires powers the main fuse box, and other items using fuse link.. if the wires are bad or wrong can cause same garbage

selanoid???? If it is out then you can't get a charge. Also, if the alternator is out, the battery cannot charge. Good luck!
