No weapons, booze and fresh foods can't be imported. Also depends on the airline and your country of origin

same as us. if you're coming to/from the US, just follow the US guidelines. Oh, and be patient when you're coming out of Mexico City. My flight on Sunday was nearly 2 hours late because of the additional security requirements.
