The more profitable investment, the more risky and the longer must the money be invested.

So if u want decrease risk or get your money sooner, u must make with lower profit.

good investment is investments that give you the consistent of decent return like stock market, real estate. before you going to do those thing, consistent research and learn how it works.you have to monitor your investment for changes and act on those changes, that call good investment

Market cycle===>> check out book Trader Almanac by jeff hirsch will give you inside stuff

i really think real estate is even if you rent to resale or just flip it ,the housing market never goes away
