ok, i know theres a lot of places on the computer that store the information about what internet pages you viewed. I already know how to click tools, go to internet options and delete cookies, files, offline content, and history. Id there anywhere else i can delete where ive been on the computer so that no one could know? (im taking a cyber security course)

What you do is probably enough, however, history is best deleted by pressing ctrl+h and deleting everything by hand by right clicking each day and click delete. Also, a great and very fast, awesome tool is Ccleaner. www.ccleaner.com

hi.......simple answer is u need security softwares.
as when u delete the data can still be retrieved by external softwares
try system mechanic(free trial available 30 days)

it will clear all u privacy details in one click
all cookies all history all videos etc etc all will be cleared

then u can choose securely delete all data it will make recovery of deleted data impossible

Theres a history folder above temorary internet files and you can run and clear the temp folder. just type %temp% in the run box by start menu.

If you're talking about your "search" engine, then just highlight the first one and press "delete"...hold the delete key down until they are all gone.

i hv examine someplace in a e book and information superhighway that there is a fashion to fix history of IE and each thing else. yet i'm sorry , because i dont save in options the positioning. yet its an rather technical way. Ask a application engineer on the thanks to do it or browse our on-line world inspite of someone surfs on the information superhighway he leaves behind tracks of it
