Actually NOT dried tobacco leaves. They use those for cigars. Commercial cigs are made by taking the stems(and all the stuff you would never smoke) and making them into a pulp, dumping in some chemicals to make the stuff burn, and then spreading it thin and allowing it to dry into sheets. The sheets are shredded and the end product is supposed to look like shredded leaves but it's not, if you look close you can tell it's totally artificial. Then they stuff some of that garbage into a tube, slap a paper on it, and presto - sweet, smooth cigarette....

Dried tobacco leaves are shredded and rolled in very thin papers.

commercial cigarettes have additional additives to make them more addictive and to change the flavors and odors.

oh the ground up some tobacoo leaves with familhide (poison) rat poison and other sh!t and but it in a cigerette tube
