For body, I use Liquid - Shokubutsu Shower Foam
For face, I use a doctor's prescribed bar of soap

i use bar soap, and i like dial. i think it rinses off a lil better than the other soaps i ve use[ ivory, irish spring, altho i loved the smell of irish spring]
