My penis is 10.5 inches long and 7 inches around. Every time I have sex with my girlfriend i can't go all the way in and it hurts her super bad. I also can't wear boxers because it hangs out the bottom. How can I decrease it. I know I can gain weight but what other things can I do. I want to decrease it like 3 inches.

No problem, use a towel around your you know what , like a donut and you will be OK on that. For the other problem wear jockeys or you can wear speedos get a few it will hold your jewelery department in place and you can run very well like i do without tripping.I hope this will help you
