That is a good idea. Just find something to do all night. If you will be doing something active you should have no problems staying awake all night. If not find a friend real quick and talk alot while you work. It really helps keep you away and pass the time quickly. Good luck I hated working nights.

When i worked 3rd shift I had the best luck staying away from caffeine and other stimulants. The reason was because the caffeine uses up your energy early on and you need it to get thru the night. Another very important thing is to make your bedroom very dark. Block the windows off so that light can't get in. Use a blanket or something if you have to. Next leave a fan on in your bedroom. The steady noise will block out noises outside. Try to stay on a schedule. Mainly just remember those two things. Block out light and noise while you are sleeping and you will adjust after a while. Good Luck!

I would suggest that you try to stay up at late as possible tonight and tomorrow night, and sleep in as late as you can. Also, try to take a nap tomorrow afternoon. This will cause you to stay awake later on Tuesday night.

Also, I would suggest stopping by your local convenience store and picking up a couple of Starbuck's Frappacinoes. When I have to work early in the morning, I stop by and pick up at least 2 of them to give a kick start to the morning. If you are not a coffee drinker, try Diet Coke.

I wouldn't suggest using products like Vivarin or Mini-Thins, they can possibly do more harm than good.

try Yahoo! Answers all night w/ a cup or two of coffee.
also, put up some dark shades or curtains. so you can sleep during the day and the light won't bother you. it will probably take a while for you to get used to that sort of schedule.

dont practice thiers no point, get as much sleep now as possible and only stay up when you have to. from my experience tlaking toother people helps and eventually you will reach a point when your o longer tired. caffiene is not a good idea because you will be up for a while but then crash.

Not a bad idea. Get used to the hours. Also, ephedra helps.
