On July fourth I had unprotected sex, I started my period on time on July 17th and it was normal for about two days and then was really light. I am now two days late for my period this month which is very unusual(I always start 28 days after the first day of my period). I have had unprotected sex twice since the fourth but he pulled out both times. Could I be pregnant? We were not planning on getting pregnant but we are ready to take care of the child and take responsibility if I am.

By the way I'm 17, and the only reason why I have not gone to the doctor is I'm not worried about being pregnant. I know that getting good care for the child and myself is the best for the both of us but I was just wondering what your opinions were. Before you start telling me that I'm stupid and shouldn't have kids know the situation I am in.

Pulling out doesn't guarantee that you couldn't get pregnant. There is a possibility of seminal fluid being inside the man's urethra before ejaculation. So, any unprotected sex could cause pregnancy, even if he "pulls out."

You may be pregnant and had implantation bleeding last month. Otherwise, you may just be stressed, or something, which will cause your period to be late. The best thing you can do is get a test and take it first thing in the morning. If you still haven't started your period in week and the test is negative a second time, then consult your physician if you are worried about it. By the way, pulling out is not a very good way to prevent pregnancy. If you do not want to get pregnant and find out that you are not pregnant, you might try another form of birth control.

Yes, you could be pregnant. Go get a pregnancy test right now. Trust me since I have been there when I say not knowing is way worse than just getting it over with and finding our for sure. Also if you are not pregnant you may not want to rely on pulling out as a form of birth control. If you are not wanting to get pregnant just yet you may want to get on some birth control. If you are not wanting to go to your regular Dr. check out your local health department or planned parenting center. Good luck either way and if you are Congratulations. Even an unplanned pregnancy can be the best "mistake" of you life.

YOu certainly could be pregnant. Get a home pregnancy test to find out for sure. WIthdrawal is not an effective method of birth control. All it takes is one stray sperm who can swim--remember that. You could have bleeding for two days and still be pregnant. Are you really tired? Are your breasts tender? Any morning sickness? All of those are possible symptoms.

I thought there was all this uproar about teaching sex education in schools. Do kids not listen even in those classes? "Pulling out" is NOT a form of birth control. Get yourself a pregnancy test kit and if it's negative at least start using condoms.

My goodness, how old are you? There is no such thing as "pulling out " and be safe! You ought to know that yourself by now. Besides since you are ready to take care of a child if you are pregnant (I hope you're not for America's sake) your question is the most useless to ask anyone but your Dr. Duh People like you are going to bring Children into the world, that ought to be against the law!!!!

There is always a chance at pregnancy even when protected...I would take a test, but you could be stressing yourself out and that can cause a mildly late period. Good luck!

U didn't say how old u are,if u are under 18 I hope for your sake that u aren't.U could be stressing out for nothing. That could cause u not to start, pulling out doesn't stop u from getting pregnant.

The first thing I would do is to do a pregnancy test. If you are prepared to take on the responsibility good luck.
