Believe it or not when we were at war with the Japanese we did treat Japanese american citizens differently. History judged them pretty harshly....Maybe they were right. Profiling seems very conservative compared to the rights that japanese americans lost at the time. Everyone experiences injustice in their lives ask Muslim women if they would like to go back to the middle east in light of harsh american treatment?

It's a common fact that our gov't f*cked up (and knew they did)and put innocent Japanese people in camps back then, all because of profiling...so you are wrong.

Any American citizen is protected by the Constitution no matter where they were born, where their relatives came from or what they look or speak like. To deny anyone those rights as stated is an injustice. Threatening someone with "strip your rights or go home" to a place they maybe never lived shows a lack of human decency.
