Psychologically speaking the velocity of money is decelerating mainly because of the rise in the oil prizes and a lot of money gets stuck with our gas and grease providers. I didn't include the possible currency of aether waves or temporal waves since they are for the most part still unproven by science. Nor did I include any change due to Global Warming.

The way consumer spending has been rolling, even with the Fed tightening supply (I assume you mean US)......relatively quickly.
