plastic bird sat on windowsill beak went up and down in glass of water like drinking it. Name of that item?

A friend had one in the eary 70's. Its beak woud go up and down in a glass of water that sat in front of it. It had a long beak and seemed like it was red and yellow. The water would evaporate and it looked like the bird drank it. Does anyone know what this was called and where you can find one?
