The best in town in a massage therapist named Sherlene Lambert at Hands on Healing Center in Winter Park at 407-671-4262.

I'm not kidding. Her hands are very strong plus she will help with chronic pain as well. My neck used to hurt all the time and after seeing her for a few months every week the pain went away and never came back.

I really like Allure Day Spa in the Waterford Lakes area. Also, one of my friends did a spa day at the Grand Floridian Resort at Disney and said it was fantastic.
