BOOST DOPAMINE: This is a chemical that makes us feel jittery and excited - it's also the chemical we produce when we fall in love. A study by Rutgers University, New Jersey, found that if you boost your dopamine level, you'll fall (or stay) in love more easily.
We make dopamine from protein foods - particularly steak and oysters - and accompanying these with high levels of vitamin C-rich foods (strawberries, red peppers, etc) increases production.

I guess this is healthy...well, it's safe.
Get a script for Levodopa/carbidopa.
It moves through the blood brain barrier and increases dopamine levels.

Like endorphins, dopamine is stimulated when you excercise. But doesn't that seem like such an effort? Try sex. Sure fire everytime when done right. ;)
