Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about it...I had never "felt" ovulation before until after my three children and it feels like cramping. I also have a friend who is on bc pills and doesn't have regular periods and will spot on occasion. Depending on your age your body may just be doing some changing. Stress can also wreak havoc with your body and if the stress you've been under has been great your body will do things to let you know. If you're still concerned in 2-3 days you should be able to take a First Response test (find at any drug store.) These tests are fairly accurate and are taken about five days before your period. Also, I've found that the best time to conceive is approx. 12 days from the start of your last period, so check your calendar and see if there is a chance if you fall in with the time frame, but the bc pills most likely have done their job. Try and relax (I know, easier said than done) your body is trying to tell you something :-)

If you are very good at taking your pill then I would say it is the stress causing you to spot. It is normal for some woman to have cramping with ovulation. There is never any harm in taking a home preg test if your still not happy with that answer go to your doctor or clinc and ask for a blood test, a blood test can detect preg as early as 3 - 4 days.

usually implantation bleeding takes place 7-11 days after concieving, (thats what i read online at least) what birth contol are you on? im on seasonale and it makes me spot sometimes. it could just be your body getting ready to have a menstral cycle though. if you miss it go to the doctors and get a blood test done. or try out a home pregnancy test. you can still get pregnant while on the pill. so always use condoms. maybe to take you pill ontime every night instead of around a few hours is to set the alarm on your phone and have it vibrate when its time to take the [pill. thats what i do and it helps me . goodluck =)
