why does the largest retail in america never offer choices? why do they stock aisles with unrelated products? why do they leave pallets and ladders in the way of customers? the list goes on and on and on.

Wal-Mart sucks. I would rather go down a slide full of razor blades into a pool of alcohol, than go into Wal-Mart.

Far too many stores leave pallets and ladders in the aisles. The point is, I can go to WalMart and get most things i need there at a reasonable price.

dahorton40 is 100 % correct. i would just like to add that the limited selection is how they keep the prices at the lowest they can possibly be. as for the pallets and ladders thing, i have never seen a problem with that during the day at any of the stores i frequent. if u are seeing this at night is because the night crew is there and are getting re-stocked for the following day.

I'm not a fan of Wal-Mart you just went to a bad one. Most are not that bad. Almost all do offer choices- not as many as supermarkets- but that's how Wal-Mart saves money and space. The stores are usually well organized and reasonably clean.

I would talk to the store manager and/or call the company. It works - if you have the time. Or shop elsewhere.

I have also had the problem of them listing the price on a clearance rack and then not giving me that price when I checked out. It use to be if the price was posted, even if incorrectly, they would give you that price. They would then correct the price. At the Walmart I was at, they didn't even send someone to look at the rack to see if I read it wrong (which I didn't, I was with another person and they saw the same price.)

Because screwing the customer is one of the perks of being the biggest retailer in America and hiring some of the dumbest people you can find. God Bless you.

it has to do with the mgt of the store , poor mgt means the customer suffers, all wal-mart stores have a 10 foot rule,, if a customer comes within 10 feet of an store associate they are suppose to smile and greet you, if this is not happening at your store report it to wal-mart headquarters and you'll notice some changes,

I thought my city's Walmart was the only one that did that! I guess I'm wrong. I dont know, they just hire very irresponsible people to work there.

Obviously, the customer hates WalMart, that is why they have such horrible revenue numbers.

i agree. in Kissimmee they constantly have boxes & pallets in the isle. my daughter tripped on one and hurt herself. but, nothing is ever on the shelf. what's up w/ that ? like a wherehouse. then half they staff doesn't know anything about coupons. and they screw you in the photo department.
....on and on.
