just wondering why does my files ive been successfully uploaded in yahoo geocities are gone??

Are you sure they were successfully uploaded. If the filenames had any spaces or 'incorrect' characters in them they won't upload. Also, Geocities only supports certain types of file. If you tried uploading an mp3 for example, it won't upload.
Try again and look for any error messages.
If you're sure they've uploaded then make sure they've gone into the right directory - you might want to use File Manager to have a look at the contents of all the directories.
