Republican
Possibly. I could look passed her sexual preference if I thought she would protect us from terrorists, be tough on crime, didn't agree with killing babies, and other issues that are important to me.
I vote on a person because overall I think they represent me. Isn't that what we all do and should do?

Yes, I would vote for a woman for President who has a female partner. I do not have a party affiliation and my views really depend on the issue... drives my Democrat and Republican friends nuts!

Solely depends on her policies. I'm an R.
I follow NJ politics. Gov. Jim McGreevey quit because of his male lover. He claims it was because he was gay. NOT. It was because he gave this guy an important position in state government that he was not qualified to fill.
That's misfeasance (a crime) and if he didn't quit, he would have been kicked out. (Sound like someone from Arkansas?)

IF ....
She says that she's not already legally married ....
That she wants to get legally married ..........
But that obtaining the legal right to do so means persuading state legislatures to pass laws providing for that legalization, or for the voters to do so ..........
That the right to get married is NOT already guaranteed by either the U.S. Constitution or any state constitution ...........
That the judges in Massachusetts were a bunch of liars who should be impeached ..........
Then I'll begin thinking about voting for her.
Ex-Republican, ....... now not a voter ever again.

Probably not -- I'm not against gay people, but I think I need something more traditional for my leader. Plus, the person's sexual preference would probably become such an issue there would be no way to get past it in the media.

No: Independent: Don't need two menopausal women trying to run the country. We'd self-implode.

If her politics were good, yes, solely based on the fact she's a lesbian and has a partner - no
