mole skin (I might not be spelling that right) you can find it at a hiking store, I use it a lot for backpacking and hiking, you can place it over blisters to stop them from getting worse, and you can make donuts around them to protect them as well.

Get a sterile needle and moleskin. With the sterile needle, come in to the blister at a perpendicular angle with your skin. Poke a small hole into the skin and the the fluid drain out. Then, put moleskin on the blister. I know its hard because you need those toes for soccer, so what I usually do is I get some tape and wrap it around so it holds the moleskin to your skin. Make sure you gently guide your sock on so you don't roll up the moleskin.

umm.... You should prevent getting blisters. I recomend shoes tht fit you right and try not getting your shoes wet. as for your blisters, you should try popping them........ It might hurt a little bit but theres a reason they invented Blister band-Aids. =)

maybe those liquid bandaid things. Those would work. Maybe tell your choach. It's not your fault that you have blisters, you've just been training really hard. He can't blame you for that, can he?

I say youre better off just popping them cleaning them and bandaging them up. That way it can't pop while you are at practice. If that happens they will get infected.
