I guess I worded it right but is there a time limit on how long you can get your marriage null and void?

An annulment is a whole lot harder to get than a "dissolution," the polite new word for divorce. An person granted an annulment must prove that it never was a marriage. Usually fraud is the primary reason, but there is also provision for non-consummation. Do I need to define that?

Anyway, it's usually not so much a number of days, but too many days would certainly make it harder.

Virtually impossible to get an annulment (at least in the state in which I live). Most of the statutes say you cannot have consumated the marriage or that you were somehow tricked into getting married. Filing for divorce (dissolution) is probably best option.
