They go by a formula. Only know this since a co worker is working there part time. Because of her experience, she makes $8.75 an hour during the week and $9.75 during the weekend. She just had her 3 month evaluation and got a .50 raise. You can do the math. I just got called in for an interview today part time......wish me luck !! P:)

Judging by the service I've gotten at some of their stores I'd say it's probably a few dollars an hour more than some of their employees deserve. I guess they could start paying them what they are worth... but the minimum wage laws would prevent that

Minimum wage to start, depends on where you are, No unions - except in China where they have to but there the union is just another payoff to the Thugs that run the country.

Depends on the state you live in... in indiana it also depends on your experience and what position your going for. When i started here in outside of city capital i started @ 5.50 and in city capital i started @7.50 but this is indiana... but here not enought to deal with the bullpoo of not only customers but coworkers and managment as well

Where I live it is min wage, but might also depend on the store you work at.
