Pimples are a component of a skin condition called "acne." I tis possible to have an occasional, isolated "pimple" and NOT have acne. More thanlikely, this "pimple" is a clogged hair follicle. A dermatologist is a very, very good choice, if you are uncertain as to what you may or may not have. Take steps to see a professional, as early as the first sign of skin disorder. You'll save yourself a liftime of discomfort. Be well.
