I accidently placed my new sheets in a hamper with gross, wet towels. I've washed them 3 times and those black little dots are still there.
Anybody know??

i think its pretty much a hopeless case.

Try bleach in your wash; try oxiclean next in your wash not together with bleach; try vinegar in your wash; If all else fails put the sheet in a sunny location and spray with lemon juice{pure lemon juice} and leave it out in the sun for a couple of days other then that you may have to throw the sheet away if all that does not help. LOL

Try putting white vinegar on them and setting them out in the sun. Then re-wash.

Black dots? Throw them away.... Its black mold... and you want to get rid of it... I mean you can try bleach, but it's not garunteed to work with black mold...

wash them with 2 cups of white vinager under small load

Did you add some bleach to your wash water?
