there's a method that nutritionists recommend for people who want to gain weight, by eating a raw egg, you have to drink the egg in water, juice, or milk to make it easier and not taste it..you do this like once a day. it is also good that you eat protein in every meal.

My brother was bone thin as a kid and never weighed much. You can build muscle and eat more protein, but really, there isn't much you can do to change your body shape. Wait until you hit puberty, as this will nearly guarantee a quick weight gain.

eat 5 times a day keeping a regular schedule. eat plenty but not too much. exercise a lot. it worked for me when I was 20 I hope it'll work for you too.

ingest more calories than you use. you shouldnt need to gain weight unless yor starving yourself. just eat right and remember muscle weighs more than fat so, get some excercise.
