"Winning"? From here on in? Tough one. I would say as screwed up as the Raidahs are, getting Art Shell back was a good move and Al Davis can't live all that much longer.

The Knicks have never really been a consistent winner decade to decade so given it took a team of basically five HOFers to bag those two titles in the '70s, I'd say the Knicks are a dead loss esp. with Thomas still in charge.

Definitely the Raiders. The Knicks are absolutely backwards as far as the salary cap goes, and they're overpaying players left and right. It will take at least 4 years for the Knicks to be a winning team, much less a championship team. The Raiders on the other hand have some decent pieces, and could do fairly well this year.

The Raiders. Oakland is already starting to turn things around, but the Knicks are years away from being really competitive and working themselves back to being an elite team.

The raiders, they're turning it around in Oakland without anyone really taking notice, don't be suprised if your AFC west champions sport the silver and black.
