She does ignore some times, but others shes totally focused.

If it is her twin brother, then yes, she probably already knows. I would say if you really like her Then just come out with it and see what happens. You may be surprised.
I liked a guy, and I knew he liked me too, But he never said anything. so over time I began to hate him for it. So tell her!

i think that's a good thing because some girls always (especially me) pretend i think somethings interesting when its really not so they think we have something in common, so i think she does like you.
