my ex left 25 t-shirts and three pants. i told him that i have them couple weeks ago. but probably he forgot about them, or he doesn't want them. so i wanna sell those.
besides ebay and craigslist, what is the best way to sell those clothes?

There is not much value in used T-shirts. I would think that craigslist would be your best chance of getting any money for them.

Flea market, garage sale, donate to Goodwill and get receipt to take a tax write off (this is the easiest).

How about a yard sale? Or offer them to people you know if they would be interested? However, it would be nicer of you to let him know one one more time what you intend to do and ask him if he has forgotten about them. You do not mention if you are in good terms

A mens clothing consignment store in your neighborhood....Local newspaper, or put a sign up in your laundrymat...
