I lost my printer and inserted the disc to reinstall, but keep getting message that says the spooler is not running. How do I remedy this?

Go to the website of the brand and model of your printer and ask that question in their help section. They will allow you to download whatever you need.

first you shoul go and reestar the print spooler service.
1.Start->run
2. type: services.msc
3.press Ok
4. look for Print Spooler
5. restart the service
6. Additional: look that at properties of the print spooler, under Recovery tab - the service to restated automatically.

1. Open the services tool (start, control panel, administrative tools).
2. Find the "Print Spooler" service in the list.
3. Right-click it and choose "start."
