The child support office should be the one to contact Verizon and request the information... I have never had a problem with Verizon garnishing child support payments or verifying information for me! (work for child support)

The Telecoms Act protects the privacy of the customers of a telephone company and renders it illegal to hand out addresses without permission from the policy holder. Nonetheless, that did not stop Bush from harvesting telephone records for millions of people, so I guess it's possible, although illegal.

You can't. Let the courts know about his Verizon account, and they will be able to do the dirty work. If you have a lawyer, inform him/her, and they will let the proper people know of the situation.

You really can't unless its the court that orders the request. you need a discovery of address for that. Besides you can look it up on the Internet. do a search for his name on a local area

If you filed for child support give the number to the case worker and tell her or him to get off their azz and do their job. let them find him with the number it,s going to be hard. But keep at them and they will do it. you can do it your if its a land line but if it a cell you will need to on the net an pay. use zabzsearch and whitepages.
