The worst that could happen it that you will **** up all you ****.
First off that is not your computer, it is your monitor. You computer is far more valuable, and if you wish to keep it I suggest you get a new monitor. In college I worked as a monitor technician for a brief period of time. I can assure you this is a serious problem. Yes, your monitor could implode. Your monitor is a vacuum, and if it implodes this will surely create a whole new set of problems for you, besides a large mess to clean up, and a large medical bill should you be in front of it when this happens, you might also fry your computer when your monitor destroys itself. Trust me on this one, turn that **** off immediately and throw it away before you hurt yourself.

You and a lot of people are scared of their computer right now. One of the leading companies has put a recall on some of their computers since the battery has a malfunction that's causes it to start on fire. They suggest that if you are not using the battery to run your computer to take it out until you find out if it's on the recall list. I would suggest you invest in a different monitor or even the whole system. Better to be safe, than sorry.

You must get rid of that for safety reasons. You never know what could happen. You can finance a computer through Dell, & you don't have to pay for it for like a month. They send the computer to you in 3-4 days.

A ten year old comp in any condition should be replaced. if you can't buy a new one, at least get rid of the near useless one.
